How do I update my preferences?
All you have to do is click on “More” button on the bottom right part of the menu, navigate to your profile, and here you can update your preferences, time slots and other information.

How can I book my ride?
Open the app and which will take you to our home screen
Enter your pick-up and drop-off location, and select the travel date
Choose a time slot that works for you and make your payment through our online payment options. Bookings close 5 minutes before the scheduled time

You can now book an entire week’s rides with a click using Bulk Booking. To use this feature, make sure you have an active Office Ride Pass.

How can I bulk book my rides?
This feature is automatically enabled for any user with an active Office Ride Pass.
Enter the pick-up and drop-off location, and in the date selector select multiple dates for which you’d like to book your Office Ride.
You can then choose to select the same time slots across all dates, or choose different time slots based on what works for you.
Scan through the weekly booking summary and click on confirm to successfully book your Office Ride for the week.
Please Note: You can bulk book your rides provided you have enough rides left in your Office Ride Pass. If you don’t have enough rides, make sure you renew your pass before bulk booking for a seamless experience.

Can I cancel my ride after booking?
You can cancel your Office Ride up till 10 minutes before your pickup time. If your ride has been cancelled by Office Ride under any circumstances or by you, the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. In case of ride booked using the pass, the ride will be replenished back into the pass.

How do I modify my booking?
Change of plans? Last minute meeting? Don’t worry, we got you covered! Simply navigate to the My Rides section and select the ride that you would like to reschedule. Choose an alternate time slot that works for you and click on confirm. Voila! Your Office Ride has been rescheduled!

Can I track my ride?
Once your Office Ride vehicle is live and has begun the trip, the current vehicle status will be visible on the home screen. Click on the banner to track your Office Ride (or you can also track your ride using the My Rides section). Please make sure you reach your pick-up point at least 5 minutes before boarding time.
Please note: If tracking is unavailable because of network issues, please feel free to call the driver directly or call our Customer Support Team and we’ll be happy to help you out!

What if I miss my Office Ride?
We’re sorry you couldn’t reach the Office Ride vehicle on time. But don’t worry, you can always book another ride in the next available Office Ride. However, no refund will be provided in case of a no-show.

How to board the Office Ride?
All our Office Ride vehicles will have the logo displayed along with the Office Ride number – so they’re quite easy to spot. You can track your Office Ride on the app and make your way to the pick-up location. Upon arrival, board the vehicle and state your name or show your booking to confirm your presence to the driver. Find a comfy seat, put on your headphones, sit back and relax!

How do I find my pickup location?
Just type in the area / location you want to be picked up from and your drop-off location (one of these must be an office location). If your location is currently serviceable, all the Office Ride stops nearest to you will be displayed on the map. Simply scroll the map and pick a stop that works best for you and click confirm. You’ll then be able to see all the routes and time slots available between your chosen pick-up and drop-off locations.

Can I ride the Office Ride without booking?
Since your safety is our top priority, Office Ride is only available to verified corporate employees working at select business parks and IT hubs across Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Can I get in / out at locations different from booking?
Please ensure you board and de-board at your selected pick-up and drop-off points. Our drivers have been trained and instructed to halt only at designated Office Ride stops. In-case you need any additional stops to be added, please write to us at

We do not operate on weekends and on public holidays.

Office Ride uses crowdsourced route suggestions to evolve our commutes based on your needs. If you’d like a route to be added or modified, please reach out to our Support Squad and we’re happy to help you out.

How do I pay for my ride?
You can pay using the multiple modes of payment available on the app i.e. Paytm, Credit Card, Debit Card and Internet Banking.

Are there passes available?
Yes. We have multiple passes based on your travel needs. The passes range from 5 ride/15 days to 90 ride/90 days.

Do I need a physical ticket for my Office Ride?
No. However, you’ll need to display your booking confirmation to the driver while boarding.

What is trip feedback?
At the end of every trip, you can choose to rate your experience and tell us what went well, and what we need to work on. We take your feedback very seriously and it helps us make improvements to our app and our service.

While booking the money got deducted but seat was not booked. How can I get refund for the transaction?
In case of such technical issues, an automated refund will be initiated, and it will be reflected in your account in 3-5 business days. Please re-launch the app and try booking your Office Ride.

What is a pass and what benefits I get from buying it?
From a 5 ride pass to a 3 month pass, at Office Ride we have something for everyone. When you buy an Office Ride Pass, you unlock unbeatable discounts even during our busiest hours.
Passes will also remove the hassle of making daily payments, and provides a seamless booking experience. When you have an active pass, you can also book an entire week’s rides in just a click using Bulk Booking.

How to purchase and renew a pass?
Navigate to the My Pass section on the menu and select your pick-up and drop-off locations
Select a pass that suits your commute patterns and you’ll be able to see all the time slots available. Click on Buy Pass to confirm your pass and make the payment
You can also Renew your Office Ride Pass before it expires to carry forward unused rides and validity from one pass to the next
The pass is only valid for the specific pick-up and drop-off points that you have selected. If you’d like to commute in any other route, please buy a single ticket or another pass for that route.
Please note: Buying the pass doesn't automatically book your seat. Users are required to follow the booking process to reserve a seat in their preferred time slot.

How to book rides using passes?
Your active passes will be displayed on the home screen. Please select the “BOOK” button on the pass that you’d like to use. Choose a time slot that works for you and click on “PROCEED” to confirm your booking. You can book a one-way, round-trip or even book rides for an entire week using your Office Ride Pass
Please note: Upon each booking, the rides will be deducted from the pass. Rides will also be added back to the pass in case of cancellation.

When will my pass expire?
An Office Ride Pass expires upon either completion of rides or validity, whichever occurs sooner. Passes are valid till midnight on the expiration date of pass

Can I cancel rides booked using passes?
Yes, you can cancel your rides booked using passes, and the cancelled ride will be added back to your pass. Existing cancellation rules apply i.e. a ride can be cancelled before 10 minutes before the trip begins.

Can I buy two passes at the same time?
Yes, you can buy two passes at a same time provided it’s for two different routes.

Can I change the stops of my pass after purchasing?
No, a pass cannot be modified after the purchase. A pass cannot be refunded or transferred to another user.

Will unused rides from my current pass be carried forward when I buy a new pass?
Yes, the unused rides will be carried forward over to the new pass, provided you renew your pass before it expires.

Can I book a ride on other routes if I have bought a pass?
Yes you can pay and book your ride on other routes. Pass cannot be used to book your ride between locations other than locations selected in the pass.

Can I cancel my pass?
Passes once purchased cannot be transferred, reversed or refunded in full or part by the customer. In case of cancellation of a purchased pass by the customer, refund shall be made by Office Ride in its own discretion on a case- to -case basis and a cancellation fee of 20% will be applicable. If Office Ride cancels a route relating to an Office Ride pass, the remaining Office Ride pass balance will be refunded to the customer’s account.
